Recently restored with great care, the property preserves its traditional Mallorcan architecture while offering contemporary luxury across generous interior and exterior spaces. Set within a private estate surrounded by landscaped gardens and open countryside, the villa provides a peaceful setting with views toward the mountains and the vineyards that make the region famous.
Inside, the manor reveals spacious living areas designed for gathering and relaxation. The interiors retain many original features while introducing refined furnishings and modern amenities. A fully equipped kitchen and generous dining spaces make the villa perfectly suited to large families or groups travelling together. Eight individually styled en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to sixteen guests, each offering comfort, privacy, and a unique atmosphere that reflects the villa’s historic character.
The outdoor areas are equally impressive. A large 20 × 8 metre swimming pool sits at the heart of the garden, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded terraces ideal for long days outdoors. Multiple seating and dining areas provide inviting spaces for alfresco meals, celebrations, or quiet moments overlooking the gardens.
House cleaning is provided five days per week for eight hours per day, ensuring the villa remains well maintained throughout your stay. Garden care is also carried out five days per week, while the swimming pool receives full maintenance during the week to keep it in perfect condition. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days, and maintenance assistance is available whenever needed, with a maximum response time of 24 hours. Additional bed linen or towel changes can be arranged upon request. Guests have access to the washing machine for personal laundry, and an external laundry service can also be organised if required. From November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, housekeeping service is provided every other day.
