Inside, the villa offers eight individually designed suites, each with its own private living area and terrace. The estate comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests (or 18 with additional beds), making it ideal for extended families, private gatherings, or wellness retreats. Each suite provides modern comforts including air conditioning, individual heating, and refined furnishings while maintaining the charm of the historic property.
Outdoor living is designed for both relaxation and activity. The estate features a private tennis court, football field, and dedicated yoga retreat area, while the peaceful gardens offer countless corners for quiet moments under the Mallorcan sun. From the upper levels, panoramic views stretch across the surrounding countryside towards the majestic Serra de Tramuntana and the distant coastline of the Bay of Alcúdia.
Daily housekeeping is included six days per week (6 hours per day, excluding kitchen service), ensuring the villa remains immaculate throughout your stay. A private chef service is mandatory for the duration of the stay and arranged separately, offering either half-board (€65 per person per day + VAT) or full-board (€95 per person per day + VAT), with all raw ingredients included. The service includes a private chef and assistant, personalized menu planning and ingredient sourcing, table setup and presentation, as well as full kitchen cleaning and waste disposal after each meal.
